We can be hands on as you like or take on more senior management roles. We were on the ground looking after Ranmore Hill for Prudential Ride London and supervised the turn point for Brighton Half Marathon. At the other end of the scale we managed the traffic management planning and safety officer roles for Surrey Half Marathon (AAT Events).
Consultancy & Project Management
We offer consultancy services such as route design and traffic management planning to event organisers who may need assistance with a new or existing event. Examples are the creation of a new London half marathon between Wembley Stadium and StoneX Stadium (Allianz Park) and the complete re-design of Oxford Half Marathon.
Event Creation
We create events for a wide variety of clients to their specification adding our experience. We will write the event management plan and risk assessments, offer support and advice throughout the project and manage on the day delivery. Charity clients find this particularly useful allowing them to concentrate on the fundraising.
Our current projects include event consultancy and control room management for Good Running Events, Great Easten Run (October 2023) and a Corporate running event for Stockley Park home of VAR, (September 2023).
